Charming cottage with 3 bedrooms just a small walk to Sunapee lake. You can enjoy swimming off the dock or explore one of the many harbors on the lake. Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.

Spacious lake house with a private beach, directly on Lake Todd in Newbury, NH, located within the Lake Sunapee Region. Fish for bass, pickerel or swim/boat to one of the lake's three islands. Relax on the water or on one of the large decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy local outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, fishing & kayaking. Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

Built in the 1940’s, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath cottage has a rustic charm, and a peaceful setting, with access to a firepit alongside waterfalls. The Hideaway Cottages are on the same road as a Par 3 Public Golf Course. Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.

Welcome to Sugar River Treehouse! If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, in the most unique, breathtaking, beautiful setting, you have found it. On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door.
