My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.

The fully fenced in yard is a true oasis with plenty of room to tan, grill and sit around the fire pit. Parking for 4 cars. Downtown Newburyport is only 3 miles away. Beach essentials include beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and cart.
