Seasonally swim at local swimming holes or go ice skating on a nearby pond, close to East Coast Trails, and the Ferryland lighthouse plus many more attractions!

The Cozy - In Chance Cove, Ocean Front Cottage

A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

Salt Spray Landing - A Cottage by the Ocean

Located on the south shore of the scenic Bay of Islands, Salt Spray Landing offers guests a tranquil, completely private retreat in a cottage situated between mountains and ocean. Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view. On the Sea. A cozy bunky with double bed .. a large window and glass door looking at our cliffside with a private little porch. Off the porch is a sink with running water, but as part of the compound all amenities are available incl full washroom. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The BUNKY is located next to the Cabin, Barn and Teepee on the property.
