Nestled in the woods, it’s hard to imagine you are 1 minute from the main road. It’s impossible to not find peace here. In summer, the in ground pool is a real treat. Enjoy the view from the top. Great place full of adventures. Only 90km south of St John’s in small town Renews/Cappahayden. Lots of things to enjoy within the community. The only public outdoor heated(28C*) swimming pool on Route10highway, playground, gazebo that also can be rented privately. East Coast Trails,Multi purpose Trails,Museum,Merry Meeting gift shop,chain saw carvings, local artists,licensed salmon river,beaches,Grotto,Historical sites,ETC. Convince Store/gas bar,restaurants,attractions all within short drive.

Enjoy all the comforts of home including a barbeque, fire pit, wifi access, and a newly installed hot tub! There is also a canoe and two kayaks available for use. You won't want to leave!
