Private entrance to secure and separate 'casita' room with flatscreen TV, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Private room is separate, secure and quiet-so no access to main house is available. However, host family is on-site to answer any questions and make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Hosts are long-time area residents who have owned and lived in this home for over 10 years. A directory of local shopping and restaurants is provided, along with complimentary wi-fi and cable TV. The home is in a unique and desirable location and offers easy access to village life and the beach from a quiet residential neighborhood. It boasts access to city parks, tennis courts, golf, and trails for biking and hiking all nearby. Make yourself at home in our Newport Beach cottage!!! We have a huge deck with a great BBQ. Great for afternoon cocktails before a sunset stroll on the beach. Our home is steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier, good restaurants and fun bars! Also included is garage parking which is a huge benefit at the beach! We have all the amenities you will need to fully enjoy a vacation in the sun including beach chairs, beach towels, surf boards, kitchen appliances, toiletries & washer / dryer!!
