A very central yet peaceful apartment offering gracious rooms. Although this is part of our home, when guests come they have exclusive use of these rooms originally set apart as my mother’s annex. The large lounge has comfortable furniture and opens to a small kitchen with room to dine. The two bedrooms have bathrooms - upstairs bedroom has limited headroom and the bathroom is separated by a curtain. Sunroom opens to a shared pool May to Sept and has two sofa beds. This gives easy access to popular local destinations such as the ICC in Newport and the Principality stadium in Cardiff. Key amenities include off-street parking, access to an EV charger and fibre broadband. Note, a quiet hours policy operates from 22.00 to 07.00.

Totally refurbished combining, beautiful traditional Welsh cottage living with a little up to date styling mixed in. The cottage has been sympathetically restored and is a perfect get away for anyone wanting some quiet time with the family and pets.
