Nestled on 80 acres in the woods alongside a stream, this cabin is the perfect retreat. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a gathering of your closest friends-this cabin is ideal. It is located on a private road and close to Howard Pond, Androscoggin River, and Sunday River skiing. No matter the season, opportunities await, whether you decide to stay close or venture out. There are plenty of trails nearby to explore, canoe rentals, skiing and so much more.

Nestled on 2.7-acres, our peaceful house boasts 500ft of frontage along the Androscoggin River. 10mins from the enchanting charm of downtown Bethel's shops and restaurants. Hit the slopes at Sunday River or Mount Abram, a quick 15min drive. Explore the Mahoosuc Land Trust, walk, bike, or hike the many trails. Dip or float at our private riverside community area. Soak in the beauty of nature, it's all mere steps away!

Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

Hikers Get-Away (1 BR near AT - w/views)

This newer House has a private 1-BR above-the-garage with a private back-entrance with a Living-room, Full Kitchen with a 2-person island, Large Bath with double-wide shower and a large BR w/ views of Sunday River as well as Mahoosuc Notch. Perfect for a two-person get-away, in the Western Mountains of ME. Great for Winter Sports at Sunday River, or Mt. Abrams, outdoor activities or quick-access to downtown Bethel.
