Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room upstairs.

Sunny Studio Cabin Near Sunday River - Hike -Bike

Conveniently located on rte 2 it is 15 mins to Sunday River, Mt. Abram, and the village of Bethel. An easy drive to explore the White Mountains and Grafton Notch. The property was originally part of a potato field, offering wide open space and seasonal view of the Androscoggin River. Bald eagles have been observed on the river and flying above the field. Just past the main house, the guest cabin makes a sunny comfy home base to discover western Maine.

Come stay in our renovated school house! This guest suite has great history. It has a spacious room with private entrance and private bathroom. Original wood floors, ornate copper ceilings, private driveway and private deck. Minutes from great hiking, waterfalls, lakes and ponds, and gorgeous scenic views. My place is close to three major ski areas including Sunday River in Bethel. Grafton Notch state park is only 15 miles away and the Appalachian trail passes through Andover in two locations. There are trails for hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile or horseback riding. There are places to fish, swim, canoe or kayak all within a short drive. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.
