One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Located along Main Street, this beautifully restored lake front home had a private dock and yard facing the lake. Come enjoy summer on the lake with our canoes, kayaks and corn hole. In the winter come to ice skate in the front yard and ski at Sunday River (20mins) or Mt Abrams (5mins). House offers high speed internet, a smart TV and modern amenities. Custom dining nook, custom kitchen and modern, yet cozy finishes throughout.

Mountain View Lodge - 5 min from Sunday River

Located on 8 acres, the Mountain View Lodge is a beautiful 4 bedroom home with fantastic views of Sunday River. MVL is only five minutes from the mountain, x-country skiing & snowmobiling trails. 1/2 mile away from the picturesque Artists' Covered Bridge, it is also a perfect spot to relax and get away. Step out onto the deck complete with BBQ grill or relax in the living room in front of the fireplace or large screen TV.
