Mari的房子

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Appartamento di charme all'interno di uno dei palazzi nobiliari più prestigiosi di Catania, Palazzo del Toscano, sito nelle centralissime via Etnea e piazza Stesicoro. Il palazzo si trova a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse storico della città. Sotto casa si trovano metro, bus, taxi. La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.

Enjoy a stylish holiday in this exclusive apartment in the historic centre, on the main floor of Palazzo Mannino: the ancient 5m high frescoed ceilings and the view on via Etnea make it unique. Active since May 2022 and now managed directly by the owner, it is located on the third floor without a lift. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with bed + sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, small terrace and laundry. From the balcony you can admire the beauty of the Etna volcano.

ho reso indipendente la parte piu bella e luminosa della mia casa a Cannizzaro (frazione di Acicastello) . Fa parte di un complesso residenziale ricco di verde e con possibilità di parcheggio. La zona è tranquilla ma fornita di tutto .
