Trotz der zentralen Lage (Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahn nach Ehrenfeld nur eine Minute entfernt) ist es im Apartment ruhig, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Ruhig gelegene Dachgeschoßwohnung / 15 min to fair

Helle und freundliche Dachgeschoßwohnung in direkter Nähe des Flughafens Köln/Bonn (5 Min.) und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Busse sind fußläufig in 3-5 Min. zu erreichen. Bis zum Bahnhof Porz/Rhein braucht man nur 5 Min., um von dort mit S-Bahn oder Regionalzügen in nur 10 Min. zur Messe Deutz oder in 15 Min. zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof zu gelangen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Kneipen, Cocktailbar und ein Eiscafe.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

Enjoy this stylish space, "Wäller Haus", completely surrounded by a vast natural garden. A place for young and old, where you can relax and spend a wonderful time together. In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside. This modern house is the place to recharge in all seasons. (No wild drinking parties, thank you)

The 30 m2 studio is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
