Midden in de natuur met een prachtig uitzicht op de polder. - vrijstaand met parkeerplaats - Twee werkplekken (goede internet/ glasvezel) - Trampoline - Vuurplek Een ideale locatie om het beste van de Nederlanden te ontdekken. Ingebed in de groene weilanden. Een mooie gelegenheid om dit middeleeuwse landschap te verkennen (wandelen / fietsen)

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Beautiful Villa w/garden and pool near Amsterdam

Modern waterfront villa on dream location only 20 minutes outside Amsterdam! Villa Toscanini is beautifully designed and fully equipped for your comfort with own parking inside the property. The house is spacious, including a fully furnished terrace and BBQ. The villa has a big private garden with a trampoline, private swimming pool and is surrounded by swimming water. It is a fantastic place for families, friends or business people looking for space and tranquility a step away from Amsterdam.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Lovely private holiday cottage with own entrance and view on river, meadow and forest, situated at river Vecht between Breukelen and Maarssen. This cottage consists of a living (with TV and WIFI), kitchen, separate toilet on ground floor and upstairs a spacious bedroom with double bed, new airco, infrared sauna, a bathroom with shower, sink and 2nd toilet. Located in touristic countryside 10 km north of Utrecht and 25 km south of Amsterdam; ideal for city-trip, cycling, boating, relaxing!

Enjoy the best of both worlds - experience living in a quiet peaceful chalet by the canal and the energetic vibe of Amsterdam (28km or 17miles away) Depending on mood & weather, you can enjoy lakeside activities one day and city tours or Amsterdam nightlife the next. The chalet is located inside a vacation park (Proosdij) 900m or 10-15 min walk from the main entrance. Direct access to it is only by boat or bike. With the train station around the corner it is the perfect place (in the center of the country) to make your city trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the Beach.
