PLEASE MESSAGE ME before booking stays between August 1st-October 15th. This is the annual period of time every year when our HOA allows remodels & repairs to the condos on our property. There could be potential for some noise Mon-Fri during normal business hours. No work will be done in our condo.

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.
