Nestled in Yarmouth's Conservation Area, Sea Drift is a 2 min walk from the Harbour and Coastal Path. Attention to detail is a prerequisite, the cottage has a light clean ambiance with a wood burner and king size bed. Sailing, beach, boutique shops, buses, taxis and restaurants. Babysitter. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.
