There's something for everyone in the backyard with sports court, fire pit and bocce ball. Walk 2 minutes to 140 acre Nipomo Regional Park with new skate park & tennis and basketball courts.

Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
