This is a renovated for summer 2024, first floor well-appointed studio (about 35m2), with air-condition, double bed, fully equiped kitchen, and luxury bathroom. It is very quiet due to its location and there is a balcony about 10m2 with garden view. It is located in the center of Kardamena village, in Kos island and specified above the car rental “ILIASRENTALS”. At the 30m there is a bus stop and in about 80m there is a taxi station. Moreover, Kardamaina’s coastal road is about 200m far away.

Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
