You can enjoy this spectacular view from your dining room, master bedroom and secondary bedroom. The beach is only 200 meters away. The apartment consists of: Main bedroom with a comfortable bed & an aircon The secondary bedroom has two single beds & an aircon Kitchen with a dining table. Bathroom and a separate toilet One parking space and WiFi are available and free to use.

The apartment also has one parking space in front of the building. It is located in a newly built neighborhood, in a dead-end street, away from crowds and traffic. The distance from the first beaches is about 600 m.

Lavanda Holiday House is ideal for families with children. It is located near the beach (150 m). A shop, bakery, fruit shop, pharmacy and post office are a 6–7 minute walk away. The house is well equipped in shabby chic style and offers an outdoor dining area and a stone barbecue. One parking space is included (a second is available at extra cost). As the house has two floors, care is needed with children under 2. The island has flights from Germany, England, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.
