Recentemente restaurada, diferencia-se 2 zonas principais no interior do edificio, uma área social, e uma área reservada, de 5 suites.A escassos metros da praia, restaurantes, bares e para apreciadores de peixe, da Lota da Aguda pode fazer caminhadas pelos passadiços ou deslocar-se de comboio. Na zona envolvente podem realizar caminhadas na natureza, passeios pelo rio Douro e Paiva, visitar os Passadiços do Paiva ou descobrir os encantos das Montanhas Mágicas. Serão recebidos pelo anfitrião Vitó que, sendo local e conhecendo a zona, vos ajudará a descobrir os encantos da região.
