L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. A pochi passi si trova una piadineria con bar, un supermercato Coop, un Despar e un panificio. Il centro, con tutti gli altri servizi ( farmacia, banca, negozi di vario genere) si trova a circa 200 metri. Gli ospiti possono utilizzare il terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone. A disposizione vi è un parcheggio per auto non coperto e la possibilità di usufruire di un garage per la custodia di biciclette o moto.

Siamo a due chilometri dal centro storico, farli a piedi può essere un toccasana per prepararsi al godereccio cibo cittadino. Comunque siamo serviti a 50 metri da un trenino ( ferrovia Trento-Malè ),e a 100 da una linea autobus, il posto macchina c'è nel cortile privato. Il condominio è video sorvegliato in esterno, in interno, anche nella gabbia per la gestione dei rifiuti, vi prego di seguire le regole per non incorrere in sanzioni. Nell'appartamento è vietato fumare. Grazie
