Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

De ligging nét aan Station Gent-Sint-Pieters maakt dat u beschikt over verbindingen met trein, tram, bus en taxi, nét voor de deur (1 min). De gezellige en veilige buurt biedt een 7/7 supermarkt, winkels, bars, restaurants, nachtwinkel (allen op 1 min) en een groen stadspark met speeltuin in de onmiddelijke omgeving. De straat is verkeersarm en dus opvallend rustig. Het appartement biedt alle comfort.

Dit ruime appartement van 120m2 bevindt zich in hartje Gent, recht tegenover het Gravensteen. De ruime living met eetplaats en volledig ingerichte keuken kijkt uit op het kasteel. Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split in 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. We hope you enjoy and respect this place as much as we do.

We're 4 kms from the Ghent city centre (a 15 min bike ride or an easy bus ride) and 2 mins from the highway by which you can easily reach Bruges, Antwerp or Brussels. The house is located next to a green area and through the big skylight you'll discover an amazing view on the neighbouring fields and forest. The perfect place to wind down after a day of sightseeing!

The location is very much in the middle of the very charming medieval town. The name of our B&B is no coincidence. This small but luxurious apartment is extremely quiet and light. It is situated on the ground floor and will make you feel at home within minutes. However, this apartment is not an exclusive holiday home. Privacy can be compared to a hotel suite. E.g. breakfast is served on a tray just outside the apartment. We can host four guests, but two will sleep on the bed sofa.

La vue est magnifique et la coursive devant permet de l'apprécier encore plus ! Vous pourrez vous rendre à pied à la plage en 15 minutes. On se gare facilement et gratuitement devant.

I have 2 studio's next to each other, so you can see the pictures of both. One is a bit larger than the other so more comfortable for 3 guests as there are 2 mezzanine for sleeping. Nieuwe studio vlakbij het centrum van Gent. De studio beschikt over een eigen keuken en een eigen badkamer. In het erg rustig gelegen herenhuis, in een doodlopende straat, kan u genieten van alle comfort. De studio werd net helemaal gerestaureerd en is erg gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten om uw verblijf aangenaam te maken. Dicht bij de tram en ook parking op enkele meters. Verschillende winkels en restaurants in de buurt.
