Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Unsere charmante Einliegerwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse eines Wohngebiets, nahe dem Alstertal, das zu schönen Spaziergängen einlädt und dem AEZ - Hamburgs schönstes Einaufzentrum. Der Flughafen ist zehn Min. mit dem Auto entfernt, und die Hamburger Innenstadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht und innerhalb von ca. 30 Min. zu erreichen. Die voll ausgestattete Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Garten mit Terasse, der Privatsphäre garatiert, und ist sehr kinderfreundlich.

Obgleich du nur 35 min entfernt von der Hamburger Innenstadt wohnst, hast du den Wald, Wiesen und Pferde direkt vor der Tür. Die kleine Ferienwohnung im "Bullerbü"-Stil ist neu eingerichtet und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und die Möglichkeit, draussen zu sitzen. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Weitere wichtige Hinweise: Wir wohnen selber im Haus nebenan und sind daher schnell vor Ort, sollte irgendetwas unklar sein.

This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Mitten auf dem Theodorhof, ein ehemaliges Kasernengelände, mit seinen schönen Gebäuden und vielseitigen Mietern. Der Vermieter ist die nullviernull Tonproduktion, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eine alte Bunkeranlage zu 11 wunderschönen Büros und Minilofts umbauen ließ. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe und zur BAB 7, Ausfahrt Bahrenfeld benötig man keine 4 Minuten.

The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Geschirrspüler, Mikrow., Induktion) sowie das Schlafzimmer mit Flachbild-TV und Arbeitsplatz an. Die Räume im EG sowie das Schlafzimmer im OG lassen sich über elektr. Rollläden verdunkeln. WLAN ist vorhanden. Haustiere sind nach Absprache möglich.

Klein, aber fein! Wer die Natur und die Ruhe liebt, wird sich hier in Hamburg Neugraben sehr wohl fühlen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Netflix inklusive. :) Und wer den Trubel liebt: Die Hamburger Innenstadt ist nicht weit. Eine halbe Stunde und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Für bis zu 2 Personen. Die Check-In-Zeit kann bei Bedarf und nach Absprache auch früher möglich sein.
