Douro River Mirror - Downtown's Apartment with River View Balcony & Garage

The apartment has been equipped and decorated with the singular purpose of providing guests with a memorable stay. It`s centrally located within walking distance to all tourist attractions in Porto downtown. Guests have access to all the facilities of the apartment and a parking space in the garage. Upon arrival, we will welcome you, check you in, and share tips on what to do or what and where to eat in the city, as well as answer to any other questions you may have. During your stay, we are always on hand to assist you whenever you deem necessary. The property is set in the historical center, adjacent to the Ribeira area, full of iconic buildings and magnificent views of the Douro river. It is a 5 minute walk to the section of the 14th-century Fernandina wall and Santa Catarina Street. The apartment is 600 meters / 9 minutes walk from the metro and train S. Bento station with connection to the airport (+/-35 min trip) At Avenida dos Aliados, you can find the most varied buses that will allow you to quickly reach the beaches, Foz or anywhere within the city or its outskirts, not served by the metro network. If you drive to Porto... In the center of the city, during the night (20h00 - 08h00) and weekends, street parking is free, however during the day, it´s paid and you can only park two hours at a time. There are several parks nearby, we can recommend the better ones during the check-in. Alternatively, if you´re interested, I can book you a private transfer to get you to the apartment. It costs 9€/person (children until the age of 6 don´t pay and from 6 to 12 they pay half price) and it takes 20 minutes to get there from the airport (it can be used for 1 person but will cost 18€ anyway). The driver would wait for you at arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on it. Free private parking is available in the building. Bathroom towels and linens are provided. Wireless internet is available throughout the apartment.

Sinta-se em casa neste apartamento espaçoso com bastante luz natural e vista para o rio. Tetos trabalhados, piso de tábua corrida, peças de arte e as paredes originais do edifício conferem um toque de charme a este acolhedor espaço. Ao chegar ao prédio tem que subir uma lance escadas até ao primeiro piso. Apartamento equipado e mobilado para ter o maior conforto. Cozinha com todos os utensílios para que possa fazer refeições e mesa. Sala com sofás para relaxar e ver televisão. Sofá pode-se transformar numa cama de 1,40 x 1,90 metros. No quarto uma cama de casal de 1,60 x 2,00 metros Hóspedes têm acesso a todo o espaço Durante o check-in oferço um mapa do Porto e respondo a todas as questões. Situado numa rua típica do Porto, este apartamento beneficia de uma excelente localização no centro histórico da cidade, perto de lojas, serviços, da icónica região da Ribeira e da Ponte de D. Luís. Quando chega ao prédio tem um lance de escadas até ao primeiro piso.

The location is just a short walk to all the major sights but tucked away and quiet at night. I will be available during the stay for advice and any problems related to the apartment The loft is on a small street parallel to Rua das Flores, the most central and romantic street of Porto. The best restaurants are nearby, as are street artists. São Bento Station is close by, in the central area declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Oak Valley Flats Loft Porto 8 min centre & train

Quiet south facing privately run mezzanine loft with a balcony, Portuguese marbled kitchen and small bathroom with an amazing rain shower head. Double bed upstairs, that can be split into two single beds when necessary and a large double sofa bed located in the lounge. Ideal for couples or groups of 4 friends visiting the city.
