The Apartment The apartment has been recently restored and it is located in Mouraria, a very authentic Lisbon neighborhood in the city center, allowing you to enjoy Lisbon's true spirit. The apartment has one mezzanine (bedroom), one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, sharing the space with the living room. - Mezzanine: with a king size bed (160cmx200cm). - Bathroom - with a big shower and equipped with hair-dryer. - Living room: it has a sofa with a LED TV on the opposite wall, great natural light and a french balcony. - Kitchen - fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. - Other amenities - free Wi-Fi and cable TV. We also provide 100% soft cotton sheets and towels, shampoo and shower gel. The Neighborhood - The best location to discover Lisbon The best thing about the apartment is its great location: - walking distance of many of Lisbon's finest districts including Baixa, Graça, Alfama, Bairro Alto and the city castle - 5 minutes walk away from metro ('Martim Moniz' station) and tram (number 28E (the 'tourists tram') and 15E (to Belém)) - 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful Rossio train station (to go to Sintra) - 1 minute walk away from two local mini supermarkets and 500 meters away from LIDL How to get here If you are flying to Lisbon, there are two options: - the taxi. It costs approx. 15 euros and it takes approx. 15 minutes (after you spend a while in the queue). - the metro, that you can catch at the airport station (red line). It costs approx. 2 euros per person and it takes approx. 40 minutes to get to your exit station: the 'Martim Moniz' station (green line). If you are coming by train (exiting on 'Oriente' or 'Santa Apolónia' train stations), you can catch the metro and exit at the 'Martim Moniz' station. Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

The house is in a lush green setting in a quiet area of Lagos that is close to the beach. The town center is approximately 2 kilometers away. You can walk to the beach but a car ís advisable for exploring the local área.

It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas.
