Fix breakfast in a cozy kitchen with charming decor and dine on a quaint brick patio. Modest furnishings and knotty wood floors lend a crisp, low-key vibe to this bright apartment where every room is adorned with joyful flickers of color. The flat its located on a very tradicional and beautifull quarter and there you will feel that you are leaving like a local "Lisboeta". The flat its bright and as a view on Tagus river and above a traditional street with Portuguese sidewalk. Its equiped with wifi, air conditioning some cable channels. Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. You will have access to the entire flat and we always set all the bedrooms and beds for you choose what is better for you. We try hard to have a competitive price and we have to consider the laundry and cleaning, please use only the beds, and towels strictly necessary. The neighbors are old, friendly, and most of them wake very early, please avoid to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00. When getting in and out of the building ,please make sure you close the downstairs door and do it smoothly. We are here to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

This well-appointed villa has a peaceful design with creative features and a spacious terrace to lounge in at the end of the day. Air condicioning on all divisions, the rooms have double bed, kitchenet, Television, toaster, microwave. It's possible to see the sea and the pool from the balcony. The garden, terrace and swimming pool. This is not shared with anyone. I will be available to answer any questions that you may have. The house is in a lush green setting in a quiet area of Lagos that is close to the beach. The town center is approximately 2 kilometers away. You can walk to the beach but a car ís advisable for exploring the local área.

It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas.
