Marion et Saïd sont deux écrivains, également kick boxeurs et pour l'une, psychologue et psychothérapeute et pour l’autre ancien directeur d’un centre socio-culturel. Ils ont construit cette maison de plain pied de 600 m2 sur un terrain de 25 000 m2 au milieu d'une forêt d'arganiers. L'habitation la plus proche est à 500 m. L'aéroport de Mogador est à 6 km et Essaouira à 23 km. La maison est composée de 2 chambres et 4 suites de 45, 55, 70 et 90 m2, d'un salon de 110m2 (6m de hauteur). a/ La chambre « CURCUMA » de 30 m2 avec cheminée et Salle de Bain (SdB = Toilette + Lavabo + baignoire) (idéale pour 2 adultes + un bébé) b/ La chambre « MOKA » de 35 m2 avec cheminée, coin salon et SdB ( idéale pour 2 adultes + 1 enfant), avec climatisation. c/ La suite « SAFRANE » de 45 m2 avec cheminée, coin salon et SdB (2 adultes + 2 enfants+ 1 bébé) d/ La suite « ZARAK » de 55 m2 avec un espace salon et sa cheminée + une terrasse privative avec banquettes et table + SdB (2 adultes + 2 enfants) ou 4 copains. e/ La suite « BLED » de 70 m2 avec 2 espaces salons + SdB plus ( 4 adultes + 1 enfant + 1 bébé) avec climatisation. f/ La suite « AZUR » de 90 m2 avec 2 chambes + 2 SdB + 1 salon (6 adultes) avec climatisation. Un patio, une piscine (non disponible durant la saison hivernale), un hammam de 12 m2, un ring de boxe et sacs de frappe en plein air, une bibliothèque, jardins et terrasses. La cuisine, traditionnelle marocaine, est concoctée avec des produits bio. 5% des bénéfices net sont reversés à l'association de développement local Ida o blal ... Pour venir chez nous il faut être véhiculé. Nous vous déconseillons les taxis qui n'aiment pas prendre la piste. Depuis janvier 2019, l'accès est direct et à 13mn de l'aéroport (30mn d'Essaouira). Il faut compter 6km de piste non tamisée. Avec notre dacia Logan, nous roulons nous-mêmes en moyenne à 50km/h. Il faut compter 300 à 450 dirhams par jour selon la saison pour une voiture de location type Dacia mais il paraît que c’est mieux de louer à l’aéroport de Marrakech ou d'Essaouira dans les agences internationales de location par internet, à vous de voir. La maison est construite sur le haut d'une colline. La vue panoramique de 360 ° est époustouflante sur une quinzaine de km. Lieu tout à fait propice pour un long séjour autour de la lecture, l'écriture, la méditation ou tout simplement du farniente autour de la piscine et de sa cascade. Pour la pension complète, en plus des petits déjeuners qui sont déjà compris dans le tarif des chambres (composés de pain fait maison, beurre confitures, jus d'orange frais et boisson chaude) nous vous proposons un déjeuner et un dîner, avec, selon la saison, des légumes bio de notre jardin (notre gîte est sur un terrain de 25 000 m2), comprenant des plats traditionnels marocains (une entrée, un plat et un dessert avec une bouteille d'eau minérale et un café ou thé aux herbes aromatiques de notre jardin, au choix) à : 20 euros par adulte les 2 repas midi (8 euros) et soir (12 euros) 14 euros pour les enfants de 5 à 13 ans (midi 6 euros et soir 8 euros) Gratuit pour les 4 ans et moins. Possibilité de lessive pour 5 euros la machine. La piscine est gratuite mais le hammam est payant. צימר מבודד בטבע אל מול הנוף של החרמון הצימר נמצא בגבעת רם כ 2 קילומטר מכפר מגדל שמס בחלקת טבע פרטית של דובדבנים, הצימר בנוי מעץ ויש בו חדר סלון , מטבח פנימי, שירותים ומקלחת וחדר שינה, במתחם החיצוני יש עוד מטבח חיצוני מאובזר ושירותים. בחוץ יש כמה אזורי ישיבה ויש פינת דשא עם נוף מהמם. יש פינת משחקים לילדים הבית מחומם בעזרת כמין , יש אינטרנט, מים חמים וכל הציוד הנדרש להכנת אוכל במטבח. המרחב החיצוני גדול מספיק שמכיל עד 30 אנשים. הצימר מרוהט בנוסף לטלוויזיה ומקרר מבטיחים חווית לינה איכותית
