Our home is centrally located, minutes from all amenities, downtown shops & restaurants, public transit, Capitol Centre, LCBO, Memorial Gardens, & Lake Nipissing waterfront. 2 full bathrooms (one on each level), 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed, 3 car parking, wifi, Chromecast, fully stocked kitchen & everything needed for your stay. Enjoy our beautiful & fully private garden and BBQ in the backyard, or relax on the large covered front porch with cozy seating to observe downtown North Bay.

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.

Please note there is no internet or Wi-Fi service due to limited options, however cell phone internet is available.
