Please note if doors/ windows left open to long this may freeze due to humidity. Enjoy relaxing indoors or outdoors in the fully fenced bkyard & multiple seating areas. 15 mins to Mustang Island, 25 miles to Port Aransas beaches, close to USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium & local favorites. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids.
