The charming cottage is a one level home within close proximity to highways & downtown Sturbridge and off route 20 just a few minutes to downtown Brimfield and Antique show/flea market. Our little house is situated on an acre & a half of land surrounded by wetlands and woods yet minutes from local colleges and amenities. Enjoy the beautiful night sky while relaxing by the fire pit. Or take in the woodland view from your deck with your morning coffee and yoga workout (mat provided). Deer, turkeys, bunnies, & many native birds are regular visitors. Farm Living

We offer a quiet country setting on a small working farm, with cows, horses, pigs, goats, donkeys, peacocks, emu, rabbits, dogs, chickens, ducks and wildlife strolling now and then. There’s opportunity to interact with the animals. Pack n play available for little ones upon request and another twin fold up bed. We truly want all of our guest to enjoy all the farm has to offer and enjoy the peacefulness. Please inquire about kayak rentals. We also have a game room available to rent. See photos

Our home sits on a hill offering privacy and a beautiful view of the lake. Our sandy beach is in a cove away from boat traffic with a gradual incline into the water. Our western exposure provides afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets. This property has ample parking. A Co-Host lives on the property and can assist. We respect your privacy and ensure your exclusive use of the house, the beach and the property overall. Primary renter 25 years or older. Quiet time begins at 10:00 pm.
