The large deck has glass railing which makes it completely unobstructed. There are no neighbors directly on either side so it is very quiet and private. Newly renovated small-scale kitchen & living room. Just a short walk to the restaurants. Perfect for R&R.

The Navarro Guest House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, the guest house features the best view on the property with a newly updated bathroom. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the main house which sits above. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. 6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.
