The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment above a garage that is detached from main house. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood called Norway Hill. Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away. Apartment front door is on ground level and has washer dryer as you enter. You will need to go upstairs for the main floor. There is plenty of parking on site.

It is a private, lockable studio with its own entrance and its own designated off-street parking space. Laundry facilities are available on site. Centrally located with convenient buses a short walk away and easy highway access. Join us in the comforts of home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
