You will have the entire suite to yourself (we live upstairs) which includes a TV, fully furnished kitchen, and access to our beautiful backyard. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the back yard is forested including seasonal frog symphonies, owl hoots and the occasional coyote party. Enjoy the quiet of nature in your Queen bedroom suite with a private entrance. This space can sleep 3 - but the pull out in the living room is cot size so most suitable for a child.

Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

We are a few minutes drive from Golden Gardens beach, Sunset Hill Park, and Greenlake.

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
