The Old Barn is at the far end of a long wing of a lovely family farmhouse just outside a rural village in the stunning landscape of North Dorset. Its amazing views look over Dorset, Somerset & Wiltshire. The Old Barn is a very large studio space 12m x 4.5m with a king size bed, an additional double bedroom is available by prior & separate arrangement, the ensuite bath & shower is between the two rooms. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious ancient dovecote in a gorgeous peaceful countryside setting, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Private heated swimming pool available in summer. Upstairs there is a luxurious super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV and downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Lovely walks from the door and close to Salisbury, Longleat, Stonehenge and Bath

Ford Mead Studio ( ‘meadow by the ford’) is a comfortable, spacious apartment on the first floor of a delightful stone barn. A perfect getaway for couples and solo travellers, it can also adapt for a family. The barn is next door to our lovely c.15th Grade II thatched cottage, in the village of Chetnole, with its award-winning pub and c.13th church. You are surrounded by beautiful countryside and next to the cobbled ford that crosses the River Wriggle, with views across fields to the village.

Self-contained, double-bed apartment in the quiet village of Holton, Somerset, 5 mins from Wincanton and A303. Perfect stopover location for those travelling to the West Country or attending events at the many local venues. We are ideal for those needing accommodation for work. Dbl bed, shower, TV, sofa, fridge, microwave/ oven, portable hob, kettle, toaster, breakfast basket, parking. The village pub is currently closed. There are other pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

It makes the ideal base to explore the area either on foot, or by bike.

Merlewood Cottage nestles against a hillside in the Tarrant Valley, in the Cranbourne Chase area of natural beauty. The cottage is situated in a tiny village away from the road with only a handful of houses and a church. You really are away from it all, living in nature here. Buzzards are a frequent sight as are pheasants wandering across the lawn.
