We are close to Jay Peak and Canada including Montreal. If you like hiking, the Long Trail is close by. If you like star gazing you will love seeing the Milky Way in our backyard. Our house is good for both couples and families. We have a private hiking trail that leads down to a cool mountain stream where you can cool off. Take a dip in the nearby Hippie Hole or go fishing or canoeing in nearby lake Carmi. There are three bedrooms and a master bath with a spa tub. Wifi, fireplace and more.

The property has plenty of outdoor places to gather or just relax. Enjoy views of the Green Mountains from adirondack chairs right by the lake, sip coffee on the front patio, or dine at the outdoor dining table with a view of lake. The home is a perfect gathering spot for friends and families.

Relax at this serene house on Lake Champlain. Located off a quintessential Vermont dirt road you'll find beautiful western views of Pelots Bay. The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The spacious yard has a hammock and tree swing, lovely for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine. The back deck overlooks the lake with rocking chairs and a hot tub. The patio has a built in fire pit, perfect for s'more making.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well.
