Located in the Quiet Corner of CT, relax as you watch the ducks, herons, turtles, and beavers along the river. Cook a delicious meal in the porch-enclosed kitchen, cozy up next to the woodstove fireplace, work remotely with a water view, or go for a paddle on the river. Ideal for a couple or solo traveler wanting to unwind.

Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Newly upgraded studio guest suite in our 1600's Historic Home on Silver Spring Lake & Tower Hill Road (Rte 1S). The suite is attached to our home, but is 100% separate w/ private deck entrance (1 flight up), driveway + lake access. Enjoy the loving touches for guests including fire pit + a full service coffee area. Gooseneck Vineyards is across the road! Close to URI & Salve Regina… A short car ride to Jamestown, Narragansett + Newport, your lake/beach adventures await your arrival!

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Please look at our reviews to see if we would be a good fit. A few miles from several local beaches, Newport and the Block Island Ferry. 4:20 friendly.

Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and ice cream shop. 10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport.
