The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Blue Marlin Shepherds Hut Saham Toney Norfolk

At Wispy Meadows Luxury Holidays we currently have five shepherds huts and one lodge situated around the lake. We are an adult only site and welcome guests aged eighteen and over. Our huts will sleep two adults. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful location you will be able to get away from it all and relax. There is a private under cover hot tub (additional charge) which you may wish to bring extra towels if you wish to use. Free fishing on site please bring your own equipment and bait.

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

The property is equipped with the comforts you’ll need for a great stay, with parking available on Bakery Court which is a short walk through to Oak Row. Free WI-FI. Great pub & lake around the corner.

Cottage sleeping 4 + 2 set in 36 Acres of Meadows, Woodland, Wetlands, Lake, Stream & a very well equipped Gym. A well equipped, tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, former Gamekeepers residence. A natural haven is set down a long track and within the beautiful Broadland district (home to the Norfolk Broads and its wonderful wildlife), yet only a short drive/bus ride from the historic, cathedral city of Norwich, easy access to the outstanding North Norfolk Coast.

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
