This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

This open design is private & cozy for 2 to 4 people with 1 king bed & 1 sofa that turns into a bed (Queen).

Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.

You get full access to the main floor which features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one queen sleeper sofa in family room, full gourmet kitchen, laundry room, back balcony, driveway, and all main floor areas.

We’ve got all the inside information on snowbasin, 30 years of what to ski, in and out of bounds. Twenty years at Powder Mountain back ground as well .We have intimate knowledge of the surrounding area to recreate! Do yourself a favor, come for some needed R&R in a mountain setting!
