This location is just a few minutes in car from Singer Island and Peanut Island, and steps away from Manatee Lagoon. Downtown WPB & Palm Beach Island are a 10-minute drive. There is a park just a 5 minute walk where you will have access to the intercostal, tennis courts, and a small beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property is not suited for children.
