We have a private, self-contained Ground Floor Unit under our home in the quiet, leafy suburb of Mundingburra in Townsville, North Queensland. The Unit is on the ground floor of our home with a shared secure entrance, a heated pool with a deck and on-site parking We are a short walk to nearby Sheriff Park and river walkways. The Unit is a 15 min drive to most places in Townsville with bus services available nearby. We have free NBN Wifi. We are pet friendly with a small charge per stay.

Part of a secure 1 hectare (2 acres) estate, the cottage is 200m from the main historic homestead. There is plenty to do here, including museums, bush walking and pack donkey treks, day trips to some real outback towns and other attractions, all only 1.5 hours' drive from Cairns International Airport. Plenty of room for trailers or caravans. 75meters from the main residence, and sharing a 20 acre property and garden with a border collie, wallabies, blue winged kookaburras, chooks, bees, cows and our family. Join Jess for Friday and Saturday morning yoga and coffee if you wish on the other side of the rainforest garden.
