This charming waterfront home is the ideal getaway for the active family with the Hamptons' largest natural 'saline pool' (the Peconic Bay) just footsteps away. This home easily sleeps 7 - with 3 bedrooms and 3 separate kids' sleeping cabins. You can jump on our standup paddle board right off our private dock, jog along wide stretches of pebble beach, have a swim race to our floating swim platform or simply relax in the hammock. 2 bathrooms indoors and 1 private outdoor shower,

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

Peaceful Guesthouse

This oasis includes 2 bedrooms including a pack and play. sleeps 4 adults comfortably. 1 bath and a half. Kitchen, dinning room and living area with fireplace. An additional dining/sitting area on outside patio with an additional fireplace. The house is 1/2 mile walking distance from beach, 1 mile from eateries, 3 miles from local winery and brewery.
