The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher drawer, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and concealed washer/dryer. The reverse cycle air conditioned (heating and cooling) bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and spacious wardrobe. The marble tiled bathroom features large mirrors and a frameless shower. This unique city-fringe pad is perfectly located between the CBD, Crown Street and Central Station. It is an ideal traveller's base to explore Sydney or a superbly convenient business accommodation away from the hustle and bustle. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)
