CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. We provide breakfast goodies!

Nestled in Novato/away from the city lights, the stargazing on a clear night is spectacular. Make use of the kitchenette and full bath. You’ll wake to the sound of bird songs and wind bustling through the bamboo outside. Take a step out of the double doors to the back patio and enjoy your coffee amongst the flora and fauna of the garden

The Lone West

The Lone West invites you to experience and stay within the awe inspiring Eastern Mountain Sierras. Unobstructed views take your gaze over the expansive cattle ranch leading you to the foot of Mount Langley, Mount Whitney, Horseshoe Meadows, Mount Williamson and more. Where the cattle graze in the morning sunlight, and the coyote howls at heavens magical twilight, the life on the Lone Hunter Ranch has its way of taking you to the land before time. Life in its simplest most precious existence.

Whispering Pines Apartment

The fall colors are spectacular for a hike up scenic Highway 88! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 and 1/2 from Tahoe)

You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service.
