Perfect for the business trip! Super-clean and very near to the Saipan International Airport. Cleaning and changing towels everyday. All kitchenware prepared and recommended for the long-term stay guests as well! There is a restaurant in 1st floor and you can enjoy the breakfast & lunch at a reasonable price. ;beef porridge($2), onagiri($2), hamburger($5), lumpia($2), AND Korean traditional soup(kalbitang($8), seolleongtang($5), kukbap($10), etc. *Not located in Garapan! 15 minutes distance.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This unit is located in a very secure and quiet neighborhood. It has stunning ocean views and lush vegetation around it. Though it is located in a secluded area, it is only an 8-minute drive to downtown Garapan. This unit also has a fully functioning kitchen with full size refrigerator, a dining nook and a very modern bathroom. The property also comes with a saltwater infinity pool and a private covered patio for viewing amazing sunsets.
