This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Just minutes from town yet country on three acres. This is a separate, private casita (small house) with lots of parking. The main house is far enough away for complete privacy. Has internet, TV, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen and bath. The house is solar powered and has great eco purified well water.
