We are located in the hills of central VT, close to hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Unwind in the traditional Finnish Sauna, relax by the living pool, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. Hiker, writers’, gravel/mountain biker's paradise! Our quiet glamping retreat provides easy access to miles of wilderness. The hut has a cozy bed, kitchenette, and camping basics making for an easy and cozy getaway. Follow a trail to the Catamount Trail or drive a few minutes to the Long Trail. Enjoy miles of gravel biking from the door or go to Moosalamoo or Rochester for prime mountain biking trails. In the evening, sit on the deck under a blanket of stars and warm your toes by the fire.

Fairytale cabin at The Wild Farm

Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. We look forward to hosting you!

Magical cabin with amazing views

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.

Our barn sits on an 80 acre estate with fab views of the Green Mts. near Middlebury/Burlington. Perfect for 2 adults and a child or grandparents/ 2 friendly couples. Close to skiing, hiking, lake & river swimming, great restaurants... local beer, wine, cheese!. Want yoga, pasta class, or massage? We will gladly hook you up. Or, you could stay in to read, work, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains. A very private garden patio for morning coffee/ afternoon beer or wine or awaits you.

A true Vermont get-away cabin in the woods

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

The loft is surrounded by woods in a quaint, picturesque, rural part of Northwestern Vermont close to Burlington and Mad River Glen. We are 25 mins to Mad River Glen, Bolton Valley and Burlington (Lake Champlain beaches) and 10 mins to Sleepy Hollow Ski and Bike Center, Camel's Hump Nordic Ski Area, Frost Brewery and Stone Corral. Enjoy complete privacy and peaceful surroundings of nature with the full amenities of a home.
