Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

Midnight Sun Cabin

You should have a vehicle to make the best of your Yukon adventure, If you’re not comfortable driving feel free to ask for suggestions. This cabin has a composting toilet and it is taller than a regular toilet, if you have concerns please advise before booking. Please do not turn off heating when you check out in winter. This cabin is located in our yard so you will see vehicles in the yard but it has a secluded deck. The wifi can be spotty. Pets are welcome as long as they are potty trained.

The Cozy Apartment

2 Bedroom Cozy Apartment Located just 500 metres off of the Alaska Highway, you will find your home away from home in Watson Lake, YT. Centrally located and walking distance to downtown, enjoy the sights and conveniences or step into nature directly across the street at Wye Lake Park. Unwind with a stroll through the park with your pup or just enjoy the view. Cozy up on the couch. Finally, settle into a comfortable bed for a restful night’s sleep. Late night bookings and check-ins welcome!

This country home is located in the Whse Copper/Mt. Sima subd. It boasts the ideal balance of private and peaceful. Across the highway from Meadow Lakes golf course, a short drive to Mt. Sima ski hill, & Winterlong our neighborhood brewery. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen or bbq on the large, sunny deck. THE HOBO - 35 min from Whitehorse

Located on the headwaters of the Yukon River, 2 kilometers from Alaska Highway, half hour drive to Whitehorse. The cabin faces Marsh Lake, where thousands of swans, ducks and other waterbirds congregate each spring. Gorgeous view of mountain peaks. Sandy beach and forest trails. Cabin is self sufficient, with an antique double bed, wood stove, and kitchenette- blue jug water system, small fridge and hotplate. Free wifi and dog friendly. A sweet outhouse in the woods.

Mike’s Place Entire Guest Suite w/Private Entrance

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime. The suite has 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area where a pellet stove provides warmth around the clock. Street Parking is available in FRONT of the house.

Nestled among the trees on a 10 acres, there are a lot of green spaces to enjoy! We live close by but far enough away for your privacy!
