Cozy up during your next trip to southern New Hampshire! The Little Lake house, situated right next to a serene lake, boasted luxury and spectacular water views. It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

Luxury Year-round Treehouse with private hot tub

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. This 15-acre forest retreat on Littlefield Pond offers our guests an experience that feels like a trip up to the woods of northern Maine, but is closer to home and to all the attractions of southern Maine.

Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River just steps away and enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

This romantic & family friendly lakefront chalet comes with a private beach, hot tub, camp fire, and stunning views. It’s a serene home base to explore everything the Lakes Region has to offer. Mid Apr-Oct we also provide kayaks and paddle board. Enjoy the beach, swim, kayak, bike, fish, hike, or explore quintessential New England towns and food scene. Or simply dine with a view and play board games. We have poured our hearts into making this place romantic yet practical for families. Enjoy!

Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

Beautiful, quiet and secluded lakeside cottage. Enjoy amazing sunsets on our pristine lake. Swim, kayak, fish or just relax and take in the natural beauty. Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Bring your well behaved dog and enjoy being directly on the water with a 20ft dock for all your aquatic adventures. Private community beach is right next door with Picnic tables and swimming platform. The house Features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, screened in porch, and also has a wood fired cedar hot tub! Come enjoy the very quiet 100 acre pond and experience an awesome getaway.

Rustic Log Cabin on Pawtuckaway Lake

Our Cabin is located on Pawtuckaway Lake in Nottingham, NH where there is year round enjoyment! This is an older cabin built in 1970, with rounded logs and lots of warmth and charm. There is a beach area for swimming, patio for hanging out enjoying the views with a firepit as well as a dock for sunbathing and fishing. There is a public boat launch on the lake if you want to bring your own boat. Close to Pawtuckaway state park for hiking and mountain biking.
