On the hills of Stara Novalja, a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, living room with a big Smart TV, full kitchen with a exit to terrace, a dining space, closet space, 2 full bathrooms and large terrace with lounge set. It can comfortably fit 8-10 people. There is a huge private pool with a sundeck just a step out of the apartment as well as a grill and a private parking lot. It's about 5 min drive to Novalja city center, and a 10 min drive to Zrce Beach. Taxi and transfer service available!

Villa Franci moderano je uređeni dom te je otvoren tijekom cijele godine tako da je ovo zasigurno idealno mjesto kako za obitelji sa djecom ili za parove, tako i za solo avanturiste ili poslovne putnike, a i vaši krzneni prijatelji (kućne ljubimce) su više nego dobrodošli. Posebno smo ponosni što smo dio grupacija Bike magic Zadarske regije tako da smo biciklističkim putnicima namjernicima osigurali Bike room, osnovni alat, mogućnost pranja bicikli, pranje i sušenje biciklističke odjeće.

Apartman je dvoetažni. Sastoji se od 3 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice i 2 kuhinje u potpunosti opremljene. Pogodan je za veće skupine do 10 osoba, obitelji sa više djece ili dvije obitelji koje žele ljetovati zajedno. Prva plaža je svega 100m udaljena. U blizini je grad Novalja koji nudi mnoge sadržaje, a i poznata destinacija Zrće je samo 5km udaljena. Sam otok Pag je dom mnogih skrivenih uvala, pješačkih i biciklističkih staza za one koji vole aktivan odmor.
