It has two bedrooms each with a double bed. The open living room with TV has a bed for one further person, dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee corner. It also has air conditioning (additional cost).The bathroom provides a shower.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled.
