It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.

Villa Roza is a new building located in the quiet town of Debeljak, 4 km from the sea and the beach, 5 km from the airport and 15 km from Zadar. Pridraga have beautiful sea and beach with coffe bar and it is a great place for finding peace and rest your mind and soul.
