Stay in a quiet penthouse duplex hidden in a charming courtyard in historic Nyhavn. Dating back to 1800, the building has been fully renovated with modern design, large windows, a French balcony, and an upper-floor balcony window with up to 8 hours of summer sun. Electric skylights bring in fresh air on warm days. Across two bright floors, the home offers three bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and open living—just steps from the canal and Kongens Nytorv, yet peaceful and private.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Constructed in 1815, furnished in 2022. This apartment is simplistic, luminous and modern. Being located in the heart of Copenhagen, just 50 meters from the Nyhavn canal (see photos), you will be surrounded by restaurants, bars and... water. However, the fact that it is on a side street, and on the 3rd floor, keeps the noise outside. Metro is 500 meters away. Pets and smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
