The Sweet Pad-Serene Ojai Studio

Welcome to The Sweet Pad! Centrally located in the Meiner's Oaks region of beautiful Ojai, California. Equipped with everything you need for a weekend in Ojai while you enjoy the local farmer's markets, wine tasting, hiking, and shopping in the area. We do short or mid term stays. The Studio was recently renovated and has updated amenities for your enjoyment. There are 5 units on the property, if you are interested in renting more than one, please send us an inquiry!

Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

This luxury 1st floor apartment was recently remodeled. The Tropic Shores apartments are a quiet, lushly landscaped 16-unit complex and one of the finest properties in Carpinteria. Your apartment, with its own private patio / garden area, is located steps away from one of the the nicest beaches in California. Step on the sand and turn right, and you'll enter a beach area where you and your dog can walk.

Private 1 bdrm with Qn bed. Separate entrance, Kitchenette (no stove) patio with table & umbrella. Futon that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adults snuggly, (Please Let Me Know if you want the futon made into a bed it needs extra padding to sleep on) TV & internet. Hiking, Biking, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Ventura. Pets are welcome. Please note that this space shares a wall with the main house.
